By performing measurements at the customer’s site we verify the network performance parameters, which form the basis for proposing the correct kVAr capacitor bank output.. Our measurements also allow us to verify the presence of high harmonic voltages and the overall harmonic voltage distortion , which the lifespan of condensers depends on. Therefore in a network with higher level of distortion we propose protected capacitor banks. The units are supplied with corresponding documentation and a revision status report.
